Signs ups for the Winter Holiday Vacation will be available today. Places will be given on a first come first served basis and will be limited to the capacity of our Al Tahoe building; so be sure to sign up soon.
Lots of fun, Winter themed activities will be taking place at the Club over the Holidays. Holiday parties will take place at both Al Tahoe and Bijou during the minimum day on Friday 23rd December. We will have Holiday themed arts and crafts, cookie decorating and games. The Club will be open until 6.00pm at Bijou and 6.30pm at Al Tahoe as usual. If Members wish to bring anything to share with others, please make sure they do not contain nuts.
For the vacation weeks we will be open from the 27th to the 30th December and the 3rd to the 6th January, from 8.30am to 5.30pm at our Al Tahoe site only. The Club is closed on Monday 26th December and Monday 2nd January.
For a small additional fee, ice skating will be available on the Tuesday and Thursday of both weeks, and on Wednesday January 4th we will have a field trip to Harrah’s Fun Center for Grades K-2. The field trip includes lunch and 2 hours of exclusive use of the Fun Center. Again, places are limited so sign up ASAP to ensure you get a place.
Members will need to bring the following EVERY day: lunch, extra snacks, a water bottle, winter clothing and their membership card. Our snack bar will be open and we highly recommend you purchase a voucher as those are less easy to lose or misplace than loose change or dollar bills. Warm, waterproof, winter clothes are required for outdoor play.
