December is a truly magical time. One of the things we love to do with the kids each Thanksgiving is to get them to write down all the things they are grateful for. Yesterday our K-2 grades made hats listing everything they are grateful for. It ranged from Mom and Dad, Grandpa and Grandma, their pets, their favorite toys and, very sweetly, the Club and Club staff were often included. It got us to thinking about what the Club is grateful for and the list is very long. But writing it down was such a wonderful reminder of all the individuals, businesses and organizations that have helped us this year, and helped us to reflect upon the many challenges and obstacles we have overcome in 2020 and how supported we have been.
