Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just pay for the days I want?
No. To ensure that we provide the maximum benefit to our families and community, we need our Phase 3 attendees to be families who need their children in a program 4 days a week in order to work. We appreciate that some families do not work a traditional Monday through Friday schedule, but to minimize exposure and keep our groups to a maximum of 12 members, we ask that everyone enroll in and pay for every day.
I can't afford the fees, what should I do?
We have scholarships available and welcome applications.
Why aren't you serving TK students?
A number of our local pre-schools have remained open during the pandemic and parents of TK students have the option of continuing or enrolling in a pre-school. For grade K and above the options are much more limited and therefore we have chosen to concentrate our resources on those age groups.
Will my child have to wear a mask?
Yes. All age groups will be wearing masks at our programs. We have been delighted by how well our members adapted to mask wearing and expect all members to strictly adhere to this policy. A full list of our COVID-19 policies and procedures, our parent waiver and parent acknowledgement form will be provided to those who gain a place in the program and adherence to our policies and procedures are mandatory for acceptance and participation.
What happens if the County is placed on the watch list or we have a serious local outbreak?
As a childcare program serving essential workers, the Club is permitted to remain open even during a stay at home order/rollback. However, the Club reserves the right to liaise with our County Health Department and Barton Hospital to make decisions regarding staying open that provide for the safety of our members and staff.
