LTUSD has announced its intention to start phase 3 for elementary students on Monday March 29th. On that day, the Club will also transition to phase 3 and run an extended day program at our main site. If you were enrolled in our Winter Phase 2 program, you will be contacted by email with next steps. At this time we anticipate that we will be full for phase 3; however, should any spaces become available we will advertise those on BAND and on our Facebook page. You can find the phase 3 schedule below.

Our main site will now be the hub for ALL members and that is where the buses will drop them off after school (at app. 1pm) and from where you will pick them up prior to 5:30pm.

For elementary grades we will be running traditional Club programs during the extended day.  If there is demand for homework time the team will look at adding that in, but we are looking forward to focusing back on art, STEM, recreation and FUN during the extended day hours.

Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided for FREE by the Club.

The cost for K- 5 grade Spring Program Phase 3 will be $32 per week.  All middle and high school grades will be charged $46/week until they also move phases.  You will continue to be billed on a monthly basis – this cycle will begin on April 1st.  Any credits you are owed for closures, full days that are now extended days etc will be applied to April’s bill.

Scholarships are still available.
If you have any questions please email membership@bgclt.org.

We will update members via BAND, Facebook, email and this website as more information becomes available.

2020-2021 After-School Only Memberships

As we cannot be certain when LTUSD will enter Phase 4 of their plan and we can operate our traditional after-school program again; we are suspending all after-school memberships for the 2020-21 academic year. Enrolled parents can choose between the three options below for how they would like to proceed. Please email membership@bgclt.org to let us know which of the 3 options you would like to proceed with and include the name of the member(s) in the email.

This does not affect Whole Year Members who will receive guaranteed service during the 2020-21 school vacations and be eligible for priority enrollment in our fall and subsequent programs.

1. Receive a full refund of after-school only membership dues paid for the 20-21 school year.

The refund will come in the form of a check (made payable to who paid the membership fee) and may take up to one month to process. You will receive a refund equal to the amount you have paid to date. Members who chose a full refund should be aware that we cannot guarantee a place at Club once we reach phase 4 and the traditional after-school program resumes.

2. Receive a full credit for any money paid towards your after-school only membership. The credit can be applied towards any future programs or memberships that you are enrolled in at the Club. Those enrolled in the fall program can apply their credit towards the fall program fees. There is no expiration date for the credit and it may be applied towards any child in your family.

3. Donate the money you have paid towards your after-school only membership, to the Club! You will receive acknowledgement of your donation and any amount over $25 will earn you a pair of our amazing Team AWESOME socks. All donations currently qualify for an IRS tax write-off and tax letters will be provided.
